Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to every purchase of products from CardVault, operated by Lads n Dads TCG.

The contract. Placing an order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email.

Products. We sell sealed trading cards as described on each product page. Images are for illustration; minor packaging variation may occur.

Price and payment. Prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT. Payment is taken at the time of ordering via the methods shown at checkout.

Delivery and risk. Risk passes to you on delivery. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Free standard EU shipping applies to orders over €75; otherwise standard shipping is €4.95.

Withdrawal. EU consumers have 14 days to withdraw under our Returns and Cancellation policies; sealed product must be returned unopened.

Liability. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, but nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law. England and Wales, without removing mandatory protections in your country.
