Returns & Refunds

Right of withdrawal. As an EU consumer, you have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

How to return. Email us at support@cardvault.anonbusiness.com with your order reference to initiate a return. We will provide a return address and instructions.

Condition. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and inserts. Sealed trading card products must remain sealed.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method you used. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Defective or wrong items. If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us at support@cardvault.anonbusiness.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a free return and full refund or replacement.

Non-returnable items. Opened or damaged sealed product cannot be returned unless defective.
