These Terms and Conditions govern your use of cardvault.anonbusiness.com and the purchase of products from CardVault, operated by ONLINEOASIS LLC.

1. Contract formation. A contract is formed when you receive an order confirmation email from us.

2. Prices. All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before confirming your order.

3. Payment. Payment is due at the time of ordering. We accept major credit/debit cards and other methods displayed at checkout.

4. Delivery. We ship to the EU countries listed on our shipping page. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed.

5. Consumer rights. If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your goods (see our Returns policy).

6. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country of residence.
