Stock & Backorder Policy

This policy explains how stock availability and backorders work at CardVault, operated by Lads n Dads TCG.

Stock accuracy. We aim to keep stock levels accurate in real time. Very occasionally an item may sell out before our system updates.

Out-of-stock orders. If an item you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you promptly with the option to wait, swap for an alternative, or receive a full refund for that item.

Backorders. Where we offer a product on backorder, this is clearly marked. Backordered items are reserved for you and dispatched as soon as new stock arrives, with an estimated date shown at the time of order.

Allocation. For high-demand sealed product, stock may be limited and per-customer purchase limits may apply to keep it fair for all collectors.

No partial charge. You are only charged for items we can supply; refunds for unavailable items are issued within 14 days.
