Pricing & Promotions Policy

This policy explains how prices and promotions work at CardVault, operated by Lads n Dads TCG.

Currency and VAT. All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT for EU destinations. The price you pay is the one displayed at checkout.

Pricing errors. Despite our best efforts, products may occasionally be mispriced. If a product's correct price is higher than the price shown, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm whether you wish to proceed, or we will cancel and refund the order.

Promotions. Discount codes and offers are valid for the stated period and may be limited to certain products or one use per customer. Offers cannot be combined unless we state otherwise and have no cash value.

Free shipping. Orders over €75 qualify for free standard EU shipping. The threshold is assessed on the order value after any discounts.

Price changes. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders we have already confirmed.
