Pre-Order Policy

This Pre-Order Policy applies to upcoming sealed trading card releases offered for pre-order at CardVault, operated by Lads n Dads TCG.

Placing a pre-order. A pre-order reserves your item from our allocation. Payment is taken at the time of ordering unless stated otherwise.

Release dates. Estimated release dates are set by the manufacturer and may change. We will email you if a date moves significantly.

Dispatch. Pre-orders are dispatched as soon as stock arrives, usually on or shortly after the official release date. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together once all items are available, unless you request a split shipment.

Pricing. The price is fixed at the price shown when you order. If the supplier price changes substantially, we will contact you before proceeding.

Cancellation. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before dispatch, and you keep your 14-day EU withdrawal right after delivery.
