Marketing & Communications Consent

This policy explains how CardVault, operated by Lads n Dads TCG, sends marketing and how you control it.

Opt-in consent. We only send marketing emails about new sealed trading card releases, restocks, and offers if you have given consent, for example by ticking the subscribe box at checkout or signing up to our newsletter.

Service messages. Regardless of marketing consent, we will send essential service messages such as order confirmations and dispatch and delivery updates.

Unsubscribing. You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any marketing email or by emailing support@cardvault.anonbusiness.com. We action opt-outs promptly.

No selling of data. We never sell your contact details. Marketing is sent by us or our trusted email provider on our behalf.

Legal basis. Marketing is based on your consent under the GDPR (Art. 6(1)(a)) and applicable ePrivacy rules.
