International Shipping & Customs

This policy covers international deliveries from CardVault, operated by Lads n Dads TCG, shipping sealed trading cards across Europe.

Where we ship. We deliver to destinations across the EU as well as the United Kingdom. Available countries and rates are shown at checkout.

EU shipping. Within the EU there are no customs formalities. Standard shipping is €4.95 and orders over €75 ship free.

Customs for non-EU destinations. Orders to the UK and other non-EU countries may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, and carrier handling fees set by the destination country. These charges are payable by you on top of the order total and are outside our control.

Delivery times. International delivery typically takes 3–10 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Documentation. We declare the accurate contents and value of every parcel as required by law; we cannot mark shipments as gifts or under-declare value.
