Fraud Prevention Policy

CardVault, operated by Lads n Dads TCG, takes fraud prevention seriously to protect customers and the integrity of our store.

Secure payments. All payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment providers. We never store full card details on our systems.

Order screening. Orders may be screened for signs of fraud, such as mismatched billing and delivery details or unusual ordering patterns. We may request additional verification before dispatch.

Verification. For some orders we may ask you to confirm identity or payment ownership. We will only ask for what is necessary and will never request your full card number or PIN by email.

Action on suspected fraud. Where we reasonably suspect fraud, we may delay, cancel, and refund an order, and report the matter to payment providers or law enforcement.

Protecting yourself. Beware of phishing. We will only ever contact you from official cardvault.anonbusiness.com addresses. If in doubt, contact us directly.
