Damaged or Lost Parcels Policy

This policy explains what to do if your order from CardVault, operated by Lads n Dads TCG, arrives damaged or does not arrive.

Damaged on arrival. Inspect your parcel on delivery. If the outer packaging or sealed trading cards are damaged, take clear photos before unpacking further and contact support@cardvault.anonbusiness.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order reference.

Our resolution. For genuine transit damage we will arrange a replacement where available, or a full refund including original shipping, at no cost to you.

Parcels not received. If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel, please check with neighbours and your carrier first, then contact us. For non-delivery, we will open an investigation with the carrier.

Investigation period. Carriers may require up to 14 business days to confirm a parcel as lost. Once confirmed lost, we will replace or refund your order promptly.

Your statutory rights. This policy does not affect your statutory rights as an EU consumer.
