Product Condition Policy

This policy describes the condition of products sold by CardVault, operated by Lads n Dads TCG.

Sealed product. Unless explicitly described otherwise, all trading card products are sold brand new and factory-sealed. Booster boxes, packs, and collections are supplied exactly as received from our distributors.

Minor packaging marks. Sealed product is mass-produced and may show minor shelf wear such as small dents, creases, or shrink-wrap imperfections. These do not affect the sealed contents and are not considered defects.

Photos. Where a specific item has notable packaging wear, we describe and, where practical, photograph it on the product page.

Not graded. We sell sealed product, not graded singles. We do not guarantee the grade or pull of cards contained within sealed items.

Defective product. If a sealed item arrives genuinely damaged or with a manufacturing fault, you are covered by our Damaged Parcels and Returns policies.
