Complaints Procedure

Lads n Dads TCG, trading as CardVault, is committed to resolving any complaint fairly and quickly.

How to complain. Email support@cardvault.anonbusiness.com or call +44 113 255 9966 with your order reference and a description of the issue. Please include any photos that help us understand the problem.

Acknowledgement. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days.

Resolution. We aim to resolve most complaints within 14 days. If a complaint is complex and needs longer, we will keep you informed of progress and expected timescales.

Escalation. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may ask for your complaint to be reviewed by a senior member of our team.

EU Online Dispute Resolution. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's ODR platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Our contact address for this purpose is support@cardvault.anonbusiness.com.

Your rights. This procedure does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
