Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel an order placed with CardVault, operated by Lads n Dads TCG.

Before dispatch. You may cancel any order free of charge before it has been dispatched. Email support@cardvault.anonbusiness.com with your order reference as soon as possible and we will stop the order and issue a full refund.

After dispatch. Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but you may use your 14-day EU right of withdrawal — see our Returns and Cancellation rights below.

14-day withdrawal. As an EU consumer you have 14 days from receiving the goods to withdraw from the contract without reason. Sealed trading card products must be returned unopened.

Refunds. Cancellation refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days.

Our right to cancel. We may cancel an order if the item is out of stock, mispriced, or if we suspect fraud, and will refund you in full.
